The main difference between a virtual and in-person Pilates session is the location - virtual sessions take place via video call, while in-person sessions take place in our private studio or your home. • HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK SHOULD I PRACTISE PILATES?

Everybody is different but to gain strength, improve flexibility and familiarity with the movements, I would recommend 2-3 times a week. The more you can practise, the more you will progress for full body and mind physically.
